Blackberry driver and pm

Hi, I was looking again at the Blackberry driver and its implications for power management. You are using the magic command always if you see the descriptor for 100 mA. If you are on a battery powered hub after the reset, usbcore won't choose a configuration. So far everything works as planned. But what happens when anybody actually uses the device? Either he can't as it is not configured, or he selects the configuration and the device will draw the full power. Have you made the actual test what happens if that bus powered hub has three other devices attached that draw the legitimate 100mA?
