My experience is not very wide.  However I think it would be okay to cap 
the number at, say, 16.  Probably 99+% of URBs will use fewer than that.  
A typical user of Iso URBs is USB audio; maybe Clemens can provide some 
guidance.

If anyone ever needs to see more, they should be able to do it by changing
a #define somewhere and rebuilding.
