You basically do:

	ret = ioctl(fd, EVIOCGRAB, 1);

to "grab" device for exclusive access and

	ret = ioctl(fd, EVIOCGRAB, 0);

to release it after you are done with it. fd is a file descriptor you get
when you open /dev/input/eventX.
