It looked very good in early tests.  I'm going to try some more tests 
later today.

We can get along without transfer_flags.  It isn't used very much apart 
from the DMA-mapping bits, which don't matter here.  And I've always 
thought that the equivalent parts of the Snoopy-Pro output were rather 
useless.
