So how did this happen? At boot uhci_hcd got modprobed in first.

ehci_hcd               34060  0
uhci_hcd               25488  0
usbcore               130696  5 usbmon,usbhid,ehci_hcd,uhci_hcd

But ehci registered it's bus before uhci:

jonsmirl@jonsmirl:/extra/tcpdump$ dmesg | grep bus
ehci_hcd 0000:00:1d.7: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 1
uhci_hcd 0000:00:1d.0: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 2
uhci_hcd 0000:00:1d.1: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 3
uhci_hcd 0000:00:1d.2: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 4
uhci_hcd 0000:00:1d.3: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 5

I'm running with hyperthreading turned on, is it an SMP thing?
