The file needs to be cleaned up first. It isn't very presentable, and parts of it would need to be protected with "#ifdef __KERNEL__" (the structure and function declarations for TTs). And the Port Indicator LED stuff should be moved into hub.c entirely. With those changes, I'd be in favor of moving it.
