Yes.

You can't do either one until you enable CONFIG_PM.  To test 
suspend/resume you also have to enable CONFIG_PM_SYSFS_DEPRECATED.

Then to suspend your USB device, do:

	echo -n 2 >/sys/bus/usb/devices/.../power/state

(where ... is the device's name.)  To resume, to:

	echo -n 0 >/sys/bus/usb/devices/.../power/state

To test remote wakeup, do:

	echo enabled >/sys/bus/usb/devices/.../power/wakeup

before suspending.
