Logitech USB contact?

Hey folks,

As I continue to play with writing a driver for my Logitech Harmony remote,
I've made small steps, but it occurs to me that they *might* give me specs
if I ask, as uncommon as that seems to be. It can't hurt to ask.

Which leads to the question - has anyone here ever asked Logitech for specs
to a USB (or any other) device? If so, what was your experience, and who did
you contact?

Contacting general support doesn't seem like a great way to go - I can't
imagine any 1st level support giving me the time of day on this much less
giving me to the right person. Obviously I'll try it if no one has any
better ideas. But before that I thought I'd see if anyone here had any
contacts or better ideas.
