   Sorry bcos the actual problem was with the hardware. There was a 
protection chip called STF which is basically meant to avoid static 
electricity; mounted
between USB and external power source. Because of this chip the D+ 
signal was always High(which should be high only when device is 
inserted) which inturn sets CCS bit for the port. When removed; 
connected directly; things are working fine.
