hey Solved by downloading the driver from "http://zd1211.ath.cx/download/"
Now my 3com wifi adapter works fine. Maybe zd1211rw driver(which is 
oncluded in the kernel-2.6.20)
has some bug; hope it will be fixed in the future versions.
