Well, no it isn't. This patch is the same as that two patches. I merged 
them and resend it
only because Russell asked (as a result of thread 'Add IXP4xx USB 
definition' from 04/03/2007)
and I didn't know that these two patches are still present in Greg's USB 
queue. I thought
that they had been removed after that accident ;-)
