Greg:

There follows a series of loosely-related patches, mostly concerned with
USB suspend. They are arranged roughly in order of increasing
controversiality:

The earliest entries are a bug fix and things inadvertently
	omitted from an earlier patch.

Then there are a few minor fixes and code adjustments.

A warning is removed and code is added to handle PM FREEZE and
	PRETHAW.

The bus_suspend and bus_resume method calls get moved to a
	different driver.

The USB-Persist facility is added, with various adjustments
	needed in ehci-hcd and ohci-hcd.

Finally, things lighten up with a new USB device quirk.

Everything except the USB-Persist stuff should have little or no visible
effect.
