This style OTG silicon (integrated/all-in-one) looks to become more common than the original (separate host, peripheral, and OTG controllers). Accordingly, have a look at drivers/usb/musb in the linux-omap tree (there's a version browsable in GIT a kernel.org) to see how that driver handled various issues.
