[PATCH 1/2] USBCAM driver abstraction library for webcams

This is a library containing code believed to be common to V4L2 drivers for
USB webcams.  It was created for the Ricoh R5U870 webcam driver, which
started out as a usbvideo mini-driver, but the list of changes to usbvideo
grew very long, and usbcam is the result.

A non-functional skeleton mini-driver is included in usbcam_skel.c

This is identical to the patch I mailed privately to Mauro and Greg last night 
at around 11:30pm PDT.
