Hi,

this patch set introduces usb_anchor and uses it to implement all modern
APIs in the skeleton driver.

An anchor is a simple data structure to which URBs can be associated.
Usbcore will keep track of these URBs, remove them upon completion
and supplies several functions to work with them en masse.
This allows drivers like skeleton to use the "fire and forget" technique
and yet to correctly implement flush, suspend/resume and pre/post_reset.

	Regards
		Oliver
