How to enable a Second EP form the Driver Side

I use the USB Skeleton Driver ver 2.0 written by Greg-Kroah Hartman, I
also use the test-driver-app & have 1 Endpoint fully functional, Can
someone guide me to what are the things to do to enable a second EP
from the drivers side.
>From my board, I have the second EP enabled, I send the required
descriptors, & upon successful enumeration, I am able to set the
configuration. When it comes to actually opening the 2nd EP & transfer
data I am not sure what to do to modify the driver. If someone has
this functional or there is any documentation specific to this direct
me to those docs or example code if available.

NOTE: EP0 for Control EP1 currently works w/ the usb-driver.c ver 2.0,
I want to add EP2.
