Sorry, I forgot to mention the output from /proc/bus/input/devices for
this device, which I think might come in handy for the device id:

I: Bus=0003 Vendor=413c Product=2001 Version=0100
N: Name="NMB Dell USB 7HK Keyboard"
P: Phys=usb-0000:00:1f.2-2.1/input0
S: Sysfs=/class/input/input2
H: Handlers=kbd event2
B: EV=120003
B: KEY=10000 7 ff87207a c14057ff febeffdf ffefffff ffffffff fffffffe
B: LED=1f

I: Bus=0003 Vendor=413c Product=2001 Version=0100
N: Name="NMB Dell USB 7HK Keyboard"
P: Phys=usb-0000:00:1f.2-2.1/input1
S: Sysfs=/class/input/input3
H: Handlers=kbd event3
B: EV=3
B: KEY=ffffff 0 0 0 c000 100000 0 0 0

It seems the first one (event2) handles most of the keys, while event3
handles the multimedia keys.
