How to get the MCCI windows USB driver?

Hi Dave,

We are using Ethernet gadget to communicate with Windows host with RNDIS mode.  We tried to use NFS on the simulated network, but keep getting "no response" error when transmitting big files.  As you mentioned in the ether.c that RNDIS mode is buggy, it's better to use host driver from MCCI.   But where can I get the MCCI host driver?  Is it free to be downloaded?  Thanks.
