[PATCH] add support for Dell Wireless Broadband (aka WWAN)

Dell Wireless Broadband ExpressCards are rebrands of Novatel's cards. Add all of their known PCI IDs to date along with their mapping to the exact Novatel model to the Option driver which already claims to support them.
