[patch 2.6.23-rc2] multicard reader doesn't like autosuspend

It appears that one reason the "iConnect"-labeled multi-card reader was on sale for only $5 is that it doesn't handle suspend/resume correctly. Other than that, it was a good deal for a highspeed MMC/SD bridge.
