Maybe you don't have it on your system but it sure seems to be present in the -mm tree already, judging from the context information in the patch. Perhaps someone else added the same thing at about the same time. Andrew, could you please check whether the UNUSUAL_DEV( 0x04b0, 0x0409, 0x0100, 0x0100, entry is present twice in drivers/usb/storage/unusual_devs.h?
