after googling around i found something interesting....

it seems the guys from huawei already mailed in a patch...

they do everything i did so it should work as well as my userspace prog...

anyway greg did not accept that patch cause of some issues mentioned  
in the corresponding thread on the list...

as i did not found any new patch from huawei in the list i'll do these  
changes somewhen between friday and monday... i need to do some  
changes on my router/fileserver so why don't just install a fresh  
kernel...

then everyone should be fine.. guys with "older" kernels or without  
the possibility to compile a new kernel and the ones with bleeding  
edge kernels ;)
