g_file_storage gadget:full speed config while writing large file

DEAR ENGINEERS,
Here with i have attached debug message for file storage.while writing large(above 3MB) file into the usb this shows the "g_file_storage gadget:full speed config #1".I dont know how to rectify these errors.can you guide me how to overcome these problem.
