Nand flash error

Dear Engineers,

                                       Here with i have attached error  message for file storage.while writing large(above 150 KB) file into the Nand flash memory through usb this  shows the "g_file_storage gadget:full speed config #1".  I have also checked the power,DP DM lines . But i am getting the same error repeatedly.
Could you please give any solution for our error.
