struct imx21_usb_platform_data declaration missing ..

I have to make the USB host port work with the Linux kernel 2.6.16 on my
i.MX21 processor.

I have the HCD driver which I got from here:
http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg42277.html

However, in one of the files where I am having a 'struct undeclared' error.
I am not able to find the declaration for the
following struct:
struct imx21_usb_platform_data

I have the definition for this structure.

    .set_mode     = NULL,
    .set_speed    = NULL,
    .set_suspend  = NULL,
    .set_oe       = NULL,
};

Due to this I am not able to compile and then properly register my USB
device using platform_device_register();

Does anybody have the header file which declares this structure?
