You didn't attach any details about your motherboard; you attached some
program named cpuz.exe. Besides, the details about your motherboard
don't matter -- all that matters is whether the motherboard works
correctly.

Your explanation of the problem is very confusing. What do you mean
"use my nandflash device in windows XP"? Does that mean you have a
nandflash-based USB device and you connected it to a computer running
Windows XP? If that is so then why are you asking questions about it
on a Linux-oriented mailing list? You should write to a Windows list.

Which USB controller did you enable during the booting stage: the
controller on the nandflash device or the controller on the Windows
computer? Why weren't both controllers enabled to start with?

Why do you expect the BIOS to detect your nandflash device? Do you
know whether the device is working correctly? Have you tested it with
any other computers or other operating systems? Have you tested other
USB devices on your Windows computer?
