how to create a flash drive name on bios settup

Hai friends,
Thank you for your immediate reply sir.Actually i use the atmel evolution kit (AT91SAM9261) .It has the nand flash and it act as a mass storage device.when plug the device into the pc.This flash drive name is not displayed on the boot menu in bios setup of the windows XP.Instead of it simply shows the square bracket on the bootmenu.When i remove the usb nandflash from the pc,the boot menu shows like this [(removable. disk)].I need to display the my usb drive with a name on boot menu in the bios setup.how to do this sir. could you guide me.
