I get the following: Applying patch usb/usb-suspend-resume-for-cdc_acm.patch patching file drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.h patching file drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c Hunk #5 FAILED at 1124. Hunk #6 FAILED at 1182. Hunk #7 FAILED at 1202. Hunk #8 FAILED at 1212. Hunk #9 succeeded at 1221 with fuzz 2 (offset -49 lines). 4 out of 9 hunks FAILED -- rejects in file drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c which I didn't get in your older patch.
