USB subsystem merge plans

Hallo!

I haven't seen anything on linux.kernel about what the merge plans are 
for the USB subsystem going into 2.6.24.

Should I be submitting my driver as a patch to linux.kernel or are Alan 
or Greg going to push their changes?
