After reading the ehci-r10.pdf, I still have so solid feeling about the
behaviors about controller, so the idea of tracing source code comes to my
mind.
But I have no idea where should I begin with or is there any possibility to
do so.
If someone has the same experience or knows how to do that.
Please Please help me.

What exactly are you trying to do?  What do you mean by "trace the ehci
controller"?  Are you having problems with the current driver, or do you
want to do something else (formally verify it, reverse engineer it, try
to figure out the code, etc.)?
