The following series of patches adds suspend/resume support to the USB based Siemens Gigaset ISDN drivers, bas_gigaset and usb_gigaset: Patch 1 cleans up usage of urb->status, preparing the drivers for the planned removal of this field. It has already been submitted to the USB and ISDN maintainers on 24 Jul 2007 but not merged yet, and is included here again because the following patches depend on it. Patch 2 contains readability and error handling cleanups preparing for the actual suspend/resume code. Patch 3 and 4 add suspend/resume support to the bas_gigaset and usb_gigaset drivers, resp. Tested successfully with suspend to disk (hibernation). Tests with suspend to RAM will be done as soon as I find a test machine which supports it. Comments welcome.
