I need a patch, with a proper changelog entry and a signed-off-by: line
as described in the file, Documentation/SubmittingPatches.  Also, since
this is touching the ehci driver, David Brownell needs to sign off on it
as he maintains this driver.

So please resend the patch, with the above information, and copy David
and me and the list on it.
