New Device ID: 0d08:0602 UTStarcom DV007

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to send an update to the USB device list.

I recently bought an exotic mobile phone called UTStarcom DV007.
It is a chinese-made, linux-powered GSM smartphone (more info below).

You connect it to a PC via USB cable. If the device detects an USB 
connection, it prompts the user to enable USB Storage mode. If 
activated, it acts as an usb-storage device allowing access to the 
Mini-SD card inserted to the phone.

When storage mode is not activated, it shows up as a Serial device:

I assume this could be used as a modem or to sync stuff with the phone 
(there is sync software on the phone), but I haven't yet figured out how 
to use that under Linux. Should someone have any pointers to that I am 
glad for any input.

A proposed change to usb.ids is attached as a patch.

Variants were also branded as Philips 968, Rovershot DV-007 and and 
GSmax 007,

The linux system used is a decendant of the qtopia-based c8000 project 
by Cellon. Now defunct.
