smartmontools 5.39.1 released

Dear smartmontools users,

release 5.39.1 of smartmontools is now available [1].

This is a bugfix release, see NEWS file [2] and closed tickets [3] for 
details.

Attn package maintainers:
It is recommended to run configure with '--enable-drivedb'.
Then the drive database can be updated separately (see INSTALL file).
