Frequent error with partition image

Hi, maybe this is an offtopic post, I couldn't find a solution for this error elsewhere. (The respective software forum is not open to users of the free version.) I use Macrium Reflect Free to create an image of the boot and system partition of Windows 7 on the internal HDD to an external HDD. (I have only these two disks and have no other to test with another external HDD.) Verification of the image posted errors of more than every other image file. With other imaging tools it is more or less the same. So this should not be a software problem. The SMART log of the two HDDs is attached. (The pending sector for allocation on the internal HDD is much newer than this problem. The SMART status of the two HDDs had not changed for a long period.) I found out that writing the image to the data partition of the internal HDD does not create verification errors. So I thought there must be a problem with the external HDD. But smartmontools doesn't report any. Additionally, copying the image to the external HDD also works fine, and file-by-file backups from the internal to the external HDD also work fine. For now I have this workaround: Create the boot and system partition image to the data partition of the internal HDD - then copy the image file to the external HDD with FastCopy - then verify the image file on the external HDD. Very seldom I receive a notice about a verification error. Where is the problem and the reason for the frequent errors in case of writing an image directly to the external HDD? Does someone have a clue? Thank you very much.
