Re: Seeking help with JMicron JMS551/Sharkoon Quickport Duo USB 3.0

Hi Christian,

once again, thank you for trying to help. Sadly, with -d sat,12, I am 
getting the same error as before. With -i, it reports:
/dev/sdc: Unable to read USB device ID

Do you think there's anything else I can do, or do you want me to add 
this thing to the list of unsupported USB devices?
