Problem with 192 Power-Off_Retract_Count?

Hello, I have a new HGST Travelstar 7K1000 in a MacBookPro 13“ Early 2011 with OSX 10.10.5. The raw value on „192 Power-Off_Retract_Count“ seems to be false - it isn’t impossible, that they are 131074 retracts after 39 Power-On-Hours. The same issue is on the other MacBookPro 13“ Mid 2012 with OSC 10.10.5 with an Apple Hard Drive … Is there a bug in the firmware? Or is there any other idea?
