As subject, I'm new to smartctl and i have a bounch of sas disks to monitor

smartctl output for sas is much different from sata and i don't see any
smart attribute reported

What should i check in the output? Any guide that explain the meaning of
each section?

I'm able to seen the grown defect list counter. What does it mean? It
should be 0? If greater than 0 (maybe 1 or 200) is something to be warried
about?

Additional I'm able to see many non-medium error even on brand new disks
with small power on hours. What are they?

To be short: what should i look for in smartctl output? I need to know
when to change my disks to be safe.
