SMARTCTL NOT OK

Hi ,

I'm using below HDD.
But it cause sudden restarts to server blade.

smartctl -a /dev/sda  result is given below here.  It shows SMART Health
Status: OK
But there are lots of uncorrected errors and delays.


Could you please let me know on what basis SMART Health Status become NOT
OK ?
