Sorry, I could have mentioned that I got the initial files from https://git.linuxtv.org/dtv-scan-tables.git/ Specifically, I used the two files fi-Espoo, fi-DNA-Helsinki from https://git.linuxtv.org/dtv-scan-tables.git/tree/dvb-t/ because my two antennas (UHF and VHF) are pointing to these transponders. Finland is using both DVB-T and DVB-T2 in parallel from 2011. The DVB-T network should be shut down in April 2020. For Germany, there seem to be much fewer files, about one per state. One last thing: I understood that the Videocore 4 GPU in the Raspberry Pi cannot decode the H.265 that is used by German HDTV. Luckily we use H.264 in Finland.
