Problem when editing a recording

When pressing the key 2 to cut a recording with marks, give and error and
say "Index file regeneration failed!" and the index is not generated. Fisrt
time the recording is played, the index is regenerated properly. That is
with vdr 2.8.2 and all the recordings.
