an OOM is enough, just leak up a memory, when cgroups are in force. it
was reported on the list by other members of vserver community.

my guests are on separated LVM volumes and any OOM in any of guests ir
taking down the whole server (kernels > 3.4, especially vulnerable was
3.10x, I have not tested next ones).
