I am not skilled enough to understand the reason, why OOM enforced
cgroup is killing the whole host. But I have tested KVM and it does
not give the same result, it is the only thing I can observe and
verify.

Something is getting really wrong, it is my message :-) It would be
fantastic if we could understand it and fix it :-)
