Failure in patching newer kernel - 3.18.21-vs2.3.7.4 with the newer kernel 3.18.37

I have the following reject whilst trying to patch 3.18.21-vs2.3.7.4  
onto the newer kernel 3.18.37

patching file fs/nfs/inode.c
Hunk #9 FAILED at 1549.
Hunk #10 succeeded at 1662 with fuzz 2 (offset 9 lines).
Hunk #11 succeeded at 1719 with fuzz 2 (offset 17 lines).
1 out of 11 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file fs/nfs/inode.c.rej

That's the only error. Would anyone more capable than me in such  
matters care to take a look?
