Re: linux 4.4.113-2.3.9.6 kernel crash during "vserver ... stop"

i did not have any crash at restarting but i cannot do it from inside the guest:

GUEST:root@jessieguest:[~]: reboot
shutdown: /run/initctl: No such file or directory
init: /run/initctl: No such file or directory

GUEST:root@stretch01:[~]: shutdown -r now
shutdown: /run/initctl: No such file or directory
init: /run/initctl: No such file or directory

does it crash in the same way with sudo vserver xxx stop ? does it happen only on 4.4 or 4.9 also ?
