New Kernels in Psand repository

Hi all,

new kernels available at repo.psand.net for Debian Stretch are:

4.9.86-vs2.3.9.7-beng
4.4.120-vs2.3.9.7-beng

new kernels available at repo.psand.net for Debian Jessie are:

4.1.50-vs2.3.8.6-beng
3.18.98-vs2.3.7.5-beng

The Stretch kernels include mitigations for spectre/meltdown.
