[WBEL-devel] additional mirror?

WB Devs,

I noticed a bunch of talk about the lack of updated mirrors.  I've been 
running a Whitebox mirror for University of Alaska Fairbanks Geophysical 
Institute for a while now. 

The mirror is web accessible to anyone via: 
http://modzer0.cs.uaf.edu/public/whitebox 

I'm currently rsycing every 12 hours from 
mirror.physics.ncsu.edu/whitebox/.   If there is interest I can point my 
rsync at a more official location and then provide public rsync access 
to ModZer0... Just let me know where and how often.
