I'm having trouble getting this to work.  Using the URL provided fails
with HTTP Error 404: Not Found.  Stripping off the trailing slash is
better, but I get a nasty Python traceback ending with:

After that I just get messages about failing to connect to the tracker.

This is with BitTorrent-3.4.2.  Any ideas?
