[WBEL-users] Traffic Shaping with WBEL4/2.6.9?

Is anyone using WBEL4 for traffic shaping successfully without
recompiling the kernel? I'm aware that traffic shaping may need some
experimental kernel config options (owner match support), but just
wanted to see whether things work as is. I'd like to be able to shape
traffic based on user as well as port using tc and iptables, and if I
can do that with the precompiled kernels, all the better.
