I connected to Dag Wieers APT repository to update my box. When I run up2date -u it runs through all of the headers and then returns that I'm missing the libstdc++ libraries and that it wasn't able to resolve the dependencies. Unresolvable chain of dependencies: cadaver 0.22.2-1.1.el3.rf requires libcom_err.so.3 dovecot 0.99.14-1.1.el3.rf requires libcom_err.so.3 dovecot 0.99.14-1.1.el3.rf requires libldap.so.2 iptstate 1.4-1.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5 iptstate 1.4-1.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5(CXXABI_1.2) iptstate 1.4-1.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5(GLIBCPP_3.2) iptstate 1.4-1.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5(GLIBCPP_3.2.2) nmap 4.01-2.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5 nmap 4.01-2.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5(CXXABI_1.2) nmap 4.01-2.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5(GLIBCPP_3.2) nmap 4.01-2.1.el3.rf requires libstdc++.so.5(GLIBCPP_3.2.2) I've searched around and found out I have to install libstdc++-compat, but I can't find that anywhere, not for WBEL or RHEL. Should I go ahead and install rpm from another build like RH9 or FC5? White Box Enterprise Linux release 4 (manifestdestiny) P3 533MHz / 386MB
